This spacious, modern townhouse is highly praised for its superb location a short walk to Main Street and convenient trolley access to ski areas, making it ideal for families. However, potential guests should be aware of very limited parking designed only for compact cars and minor issues like a cold downstairs bedroom or hot tub malfunctions that may require attention.

2 months agoThis AirBnB is well stocked with all the amenities you’ll need for a week long ski vacation. The unit is conveniently located just steps away from the Main Street Trolley route which you can use for transportation down Main Street or to hop on the Park City Transit System to get to various ski resorts. Overall this unit exceeded our expectations for a ski vacation with two families and children under 10.

about 3 years agoThe location is awesome and the free trolley stopped 1 block from the house. It’s an easy walk to Main St. where many shops and restaurants are located. The trolley stops at the Town Chair lift which is located directly off Main St. Parking: BE AWARE the house garage is extremely small and not deep enough for an SUV and is too shallow to fit many types of cars. There is a big hole at the end of the driveway which was a problem for our rental car and a hazard when walking up the driveway when it was hidden by snow. There is no parking on the street by this house. We had Adobe deliver groceries and provide an airport pick up for 2 of our guests. They wanted a credit card number to keep on file but we asked for a secure way to pay online. They finally sent one after 4 days but it was after terrible harassing calls to us asking us for a credit card number over the phone. We paid over $7K to Airbnb for the house and Adobe’s invoice was $400. We worried Adobe was trying to scam us.

over 3 years agoThe house we stayed at was in a great location, modern and very clean.The Abode team was responsive and communicated well with us.We did have a couple of issues during our stay though. First, the hot tub had a broken control panel and we were not able to operate it al att (though it did remain hot). The Abode team send someone to look into it, but that person left shortly after without communicating anything to us, and the issue was not solved during our stay. Second, the downstair bedroom was much colder than the rest of the house, requiring a space heater to be used by the people who stayed in the house.
