4 months agoHumans answer the phone! They are very nice and helpful. Ski valet couldn't be more fun to meet as you come around Silver Dollar run. In general just a great experience I suggest.

5 months agoThe property is very beautiful and in an excellent location. As a residence-style hotel, the room felt more like a remodeled bedroom than a purpose-built hotel room. Unless you book at the suite level, the rooms don’t feel particularly luxurious — our premium room didn’t even have a desk, which affected comfort. I understand that a higher-category booking offers a better experience, but the base rooms feel quite lackluster for the price. The continental breakfast was very basic compared to most luxury hotels. That said, the staff were incredibly helpful, and all of our issues were resolved quickly. Overall, a beautiful property with great service, but the standard room experience doesn’t fully match the luxury positioning.

10 months agoWhat an amazing place to stay! We came here in July for a week long stay and absolutely loved it. Daily breakfast with a view was gorgeous, pool was fantastic, rooms outstanding and staff was super nice. Rooms are super modern and cozy. Gym is spacious and has many different machines. Location is pretty great as well, a short drive to the downtown and they also have a shuttle (that we never used). We would love to come back again one day!

11 months agoYou cannot find a better view in Park City or Valley! The view from our room, the restaurant, and the pool! Everywhere you look are Mountain View’s. Everyone that works here is so sweet and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

11 months agoFollowed GPS going through unassuming roads and turns and got there without any issues. The bell caption and receptionists were friendly and hospitable. It's a bit complicated to navigate to various parts of the resorts and my room but it's not confusing. The pool was very nice overlooking the lush green valley with most buildings incorporated into nature. It feels like a Balinese resort. There is a steam room and sauna in the locker room, men and women are separated. The king room was of decent size with a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave, and a fridge without freezer. They brought me a 7 lbs bag of ice cubes and the ice slowly melted away in the fridge making a mess. There is a balcony to enjoy the sun. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub and all individual bathroom amenities. I ordered a glass of French sparkling wine and a grilled shrimp quesadilla for 70 more dollars including poolside premium, delivery charge, tax, and gratuity. Yummy but pricey. The whole resort was totally under occupied when I was there. Overall, I enjoyed my time staying at the resort.

about 1 year agoImpeccable Small Luxury Hotel. Location is unbeatable. The service is Perfect. All of the staff personnel are Extraordinary. The rooms are Cozy yet Elegant. The amenities and facilities are exceptional. Like their namesake - "Norwegian Elegance & Charm"

over 1 year agoAbsolutely best experience ever. Our stay here was absolutely surreal. Management/ Staff went beyond our expectations. Every single person that works here, truly loves their job and their management. Extremely helpful and very kind. Absolutely everyone we meet during our stay! We had our best getaway here. Food was great, other Stein Eriksen restaurant was amazing. Food, drinks and staff. Very memorable experience, trip, activities, food and so on. After having such amazing time wanted to stay for more days, no wonder our flight got delayed for more than 10hrs. Was not even bothered. Who runs Stein Eriksen deserves a huge applause. Such humble and kind people. Thank you so much once again for taking SUCH good care of us. Highly Highly recommend this place to stay not only during winter season but also summer. Thank you for perfect getaway! We will be back!
