Was very happy with the service and the room. We got checked in by a gentleman named Ace, who was very kind and helpful! The pool was open heated and the hot tub was 104! Can’t ask for much more.
Excellent Resort and staff!! Fine and casual dining at Edge Steak house and drafts Burger bar. Plenty of pools and horns to enjoy after a day of skiing!! Worked with concierge Spring Sandlin and she was extremely helpful in providing everyone insight on best ways to get most out of resort and mountain experiences!!
The place is a maze. It's really three connected buildings but depending on where you're going you have to go to different floors. The walls are a tad thin. The people next to me were not that loud but I could hear everything they were saying or doing. The staff is extremely friendly. The location is great it's very close to two gondolas. The room has everything you need, toaster, coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, sink and comes with plates, silverware, dishwashing soap, etc. I would definitely stay here again. The only minor downside is the resort does not take cash.
Our first impression was great; friendly helpful desk receptionist who helped us upgrade to a bigger suite. Wonderful, spacious suite, comfortable beds, very clean, roomy shower, spacious living room with a cozy fireplace. Adult pool and hot tub were a nice feature, but the steam room was out of order. However, the confounding, labyrinthine layout of the hotel was incredibly frustrating; had to take two different elevators to get to the garage and we got lost (had to take 3 different elevators) to find breakfast. We used the shuttle service every day and the drivers were super friendly and helpful
We stayed in a “Luxury “ suite which are the older rooms. As others have noted they are a little worn down and cramped. But the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Enough supplies to make breakfast in room - our unit could use a new pan. Despite a few minor cons we would stay here again. The amenities offered & service were exceptional. Staff were the best part of the stay - all helpful, pleasant and engaging. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gym. Ski valet was very nice & the location can’t be beat - easy walk to gondola and Canyons Village restaurants. I would recommend booking a Premiere or Signature suite.
Room was great with a view of slopes. Service was excellent and everything we needed are requested was attended to promptly. It was convenient for skiing in and skiing out
Love this place! Have been staying here every year for the past five13 years. Great location, clean, beautiful rooms. The ski valet brings your skis right to the gondola and they meet you there when you are done to take them. The boot lockers were also fantastic. They will dry your boots at the end of the day and store them for you. Will continue coming back! Highly recommend!!
Nice resort with valet service for the skis to the gondola. The staff at the resort is friendly and helpful. There is a complimentary shuttle that takes one to the other ski areas (Park City, Deer Valley), to grocery shopping and restaurants. There is also a local shuttle going around the Canyons and stopping at the bus station. The public busses are convenient and complimentary. The rooms and suites at the Westgate are mostly renovated, comfortable and spacious. The steam shower is lovely, as are the washer, dryer and full kitchen in the A units. The resort has a convenience store and two restaurants on the premises, Edge and Drafts. Both places have great food. The pools at the resort are lovely and so are the hot tubs. There are kids activities and an Arcade for fun. My husband and I come here every year and enjoy the vacation.
Westgate park city resort and spa is a wonderful place to be. This resort has everything restaurants, shops, ski rental equipment, and located right next to the ski lifts. The front desk, bell boys, maids are very accommodating and genuine people. We all enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back for snowboarding next year. The services the resort provided is outstanding. This is the happiest place on earth for winter sports. It doesn’t get better than this. This is the place to be The hospitality services are outstanding. Loaded with polite and nice workers
This place is as close to a dump as you can find in a ski resort. "Suites" are tiny, think like RV-sized. There is no cleaning service. The amenities are straight out of 1985. I would avoid at all costs.
