Amazing ski in ski out condos in Deer Valley. Staff is incredibly friendly, good food, great views and location. The buildings are from 1986 so there is definitely room for improvement in quality of materials and facilities. Because the main goal is to ski, those things will pass unnoticed. Highly recommend the location; if you’re looking for a a fully renovated condo with a sparkling kitchen, bedroom and bathroom…maybe look elsewhere.

Amazing lodge, with top service from both the front desk and the concierge. Ski in / out from the lodge or some of the units. Ski & Boot valet make it super easy and convenient. No lugging skis or boots, even for the little ones. Deer Valley instructors pick you up at the lodge, and drop you off. The bar and restaurant are for owners and guests only, so it's always a great place to grab lunch if the main places are a zoo. There is a Stein Sport in the lodge where you can rent skis and boots and buy basic items. All around, top spot on Deer Valley.

Great food and service at this lovely chic pub style restaurant on the slopes of deer valley resort. Caesar salad, chicken lettuce wraps, and a pizza were all great. It was a great place to take a break from a long day of skiing. Thoroughly enjoyed!!!

Awesome area but kind of a drive to go to stores or gas stations. So come prepared

If you can afford it, this place is fantastic. Deer Valley is a posh ski resort with incredible service. Everywhere you go, there are people willing to help and provide guidance. Having said that, it is very expensive, but it might possibly be worth it. Lots of places say ski-in, ski-out, but Stag Lodge is the perfect example of a great ski-in, ski-out. You can walk in your socks to the door facing the slopes and they will have your boots, poles and skis waiting there for you, all for no extra charge. You put your skis on and walk 10 feet and you are on the slopes. Additionally, if you ever need to go anywhere (grocery store, restaurant, etc), they have a large car and driver willing to drive you and pick you up anywhere within a reasonable distance (not the airport) of the lodge. Again, free of charge. In one more perk, they have an incredible gym with every machine or free weight imaginable, plus plenty of TVs. Their outdoor heated pool is also available during the winter. This place is great, but expensive.
