Policies

Deposit

For reservations that include both standard and peak reservation dates, if the arrival date is a standard reservation date, then standard deposit and cancellation policies will apply for the total reservation. If the arrival date is a peak reservation date, then peak deposit and cancellation policies will apply for the total reservation.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT

Standard reservations are charged the first night's reservation cost, including taxes and fees, upon booking. Peak reservations are charged 50% of the total reservation cost, including taxes and fees, upon booking. All outstanding reservation costs, including taxes and fees, will be charged upon check-in. Reservations availing Packages and/or Specials are charged 100% of the total reservation cost, including taxes and fees, upon booking and are non-refundable and non-modifiable.

CREDIT CARDS

All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express). Declined or invalid credit cards may result in cancellation of the reservation, without prior notice. A hold for incidentals may be placed on your credit/debit card account during your stay in the amount equal to the total reservation amount, including taxes and fees, through your check-out date. Such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.

Resort Fee

A 11% Resort Fee plus tax has been applied to your stay.

Cancellation

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation notices received 8 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund (excluding packages, non-refundable, non-transferable reservations). Cancellation notices received 7 days or less from the arrival date, including reservations made within 7 days of the arrival date, will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost, including taxes and fees.

PEAK CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation notices received 31 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund (excluding packages, non-refundable, non-transferable reservations). Cancellation notices received 30 days or less from the arrival date, including reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date, will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost, including taxes and fees.

CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION

Any change to the arrival date, departure date or room type for this reservation is subject to the hotel's availability at the time the request is made and is subject to the above mentioned cancellation policies. Date changes to a reservation that fall within the non-refundable cancellation policy window are permitted based on availability. However, the reservation will remain non-refundable even if the new dates do not fall within the non-refundable window.
